How do I become a trade customer?
Go on contact us page on our website and fill in your details and click submit button. A member from our sales team would then get in touch with you within 2-3 working days. Alternately you may call us on +44 203 9627500 and speak to one of our sales team, who would be happy to assist you.
How do I place my first order?
There are few ways of placing an order with us.
- We suggest you to visit our showroom in London where you can see a wide variety of the products we have to offer.
- You can make an appointment with the member of our sales team who would visit you. Our sales team would offer you our range products with our trade prices on the online catalog.
- Once you have registered with us as a trade customer, we would be able to give you an access to our online shop. This would help you make an order with us at your convenient time without having any hassle to visit us or having our sales person visiting you. The prices on this shop would be for trade only (exclusive of VAT)
What would be the minimum order value?
Usually we accept an order for minimum value of £1500+VAT (recommended) to get the goods delivered to you without any additional delivery charges. However, any orders less than £1500+VAT, an additional delivery charge of £50+VAT per pallet will be applicable.
P.S. we do not accept orders below £500.00
What would be the minimum order quantity per product?
Each item should be ordered as per its carton quantity. We do not entertain part cartons orders.
What would be the payment terms?
We follow astrict pro-forma payment for any initial order. To avail credit, you need to fill a credit application form with the accounts team.They would then analyse and consider a credit limit on your company. This would be on the basis of your company’s creditability.
How long would it take to receive my order once placed?
We send out all orders within 1-2 working days once the order has been placed with us. Deliveries usually takes up to 3-4 working days. You can opt for next day delivery at an additional charge.
Is there any guarantee / warranty on the goods we purchase from you?
In case of any shortages / damages while receiving the deliveries, you must report to us by an email within 24 hours. No shortages / damages would be entertained thereafter. If any goods with manufacturing defect, you can report to us up to 3 months from the date of Invoice. Our specialist team would investigate the matter and we would try our best to resolve the issue. In case if the problem can not be resolved, we would replace / refund you for the defective product immediately.
